We do not accept insurance. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to you without the limits imposed by insurance networks or billing codes. By operating independently, we can focus on what truly matters—your care, your comfort, and your results. Our concierge model lets you reach your provider directly and ensures that your care plan is driven by your needs, not by coverage restrictions.
You are welcome to seek out of network reimbursement. A detailed superbill can be provided for eligible visits. You can submit this to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse part of your costs.
Many patients also use HSA or FSA funds for program fees. Coverage rules vary by insurance plan, so you will need to confirm what is allowed with your insurance or benefits administrator before using these options.

Payment is taken in one installment at enrollment, or for the “Balanced” and “Elevated” plans, you may choose to pay in monthly installments over 6 months with a card on file. Pay in full includes a 10 percent savings compared with paying monthly. Your total cost and your payment schedule are reviewed with you before you enroll so you know exactly what to expect.

You usually have two main options:
1. Cash pay lab pricing through partner labs.
For most of our programs, your core lab panel is bundled into your package at a discounted cash pay rate. This helps eliminate surprise bills and keeps your lab costs more predictable.
2. Use your insurance at an outside lab. If you prefer, some labs can be ordered and you may take that order to an in network lab such as a large national lab or local health system. In that case, any coverage, deductibles, and extra bills are determined by your insurance company and the lab. Often, patients still receive a significant bill even when they use their insurance, especially for specialized testing or when deductibles have not been met.
Before ordering labs, we will review your options, and the pros and cons of each path. The goal is to help you choose testing that fits both your health goals and your budget, with as few surprises as possible.
Some patients choose to submit receipts for cash-paid labs to their insurance or HSA/FSA plans, along with diagnosis codes. Coverage and reimbursement are plan-dependent, so Discreet Health cannot guarantee if, or how much will be reimbursed.
